Do you offer payment terms?
Yes. Qualified retailers can order on Net-30 terms — buy now and pay within 30 days. Terms are subject to credit approval.
How do Net-30 terms work?
You receive your order now, and your invoice is due 30 days from the invoice date. Stock your shelves today and pay once product is selling, instead of tying up cash up front.
How do I get approved for terms?
Apply when you open your wholesale account. We review your business and set a credit line for you. Approval and limits are at our discretion and aren’t guaranteed — but most qualified retailers are a good fit. Apply now →
What will my credit limit be?
Your limit is set on approval based on your business, and may be reviewed and adjusted periodically as your account grows.
How do I pay?
Not on terms? Pay securely by card at checkout. Approved for Net-30? You'll receive an invoice that's due by the date shown — and if you keep a card on file, we may charge it within 5 days of the due date.
Who pays shipping and taxes?
Shipping is shown separately on your invoice and is the buyer's responsibility, along with any applicable sales, use, or excise taxes unless your invoice states otherwise.
What happens if I pay late?
Past-due balances accrue a 1.5% monthly late charge, and we may pause shipments while an account is delinquent. The full terms are printed on every invoice.

What is Quick Order?
Quick Order is a per-brand screen where you set quantities across an entire brand line — every flavor, salt and freebase — on one screen, then add the whole order to your cart at once. No clicking into product pages or re-typing SKUs.
Is there a minimum order?
No — there's no minimum order. Order as much or as little as you need.

How fast do you ship?
Most in-stock orders ship the same business day. You'll get tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Who can buy from MVO?
MVO is wholesale-only — for licensed vape and tobacco retailers. You'll provide your license during signup so we can verify your account.

Returns & issues
My order arrived wrong or short — what do I do?
Inspect your order within 5 days of delivery. For any wrong product or incorrect quantity, email billing@myvapeorder.com within 5 days of arrival — put your Sales Order number in the subject line and include photos and a short description. You can call us too.
What's your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are handled case-by-case and need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from us first. Approved returns must come back in their original shipping cartons with all packing materials, shipped freight-prepaid to our return location, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Discounted items are final sale. Full details are on your invoice.
