To open and run a wholesale account, we collect: business and contact details, your business license and identity documents (submitted during account application and review); order history and communications; payment information, which is tokenized by our payment processor (Authorize.Net) — MVO does not receive or store your full card number; and basic device/usage information (like browser and IP address) needed to operate the site securely.

We use this information to review and approve wholesale accounts, verify licenses, process and ship orders, provide support, meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations (including tax and PACT Act reporting for regulated tobacco/vapor products), and — only if you opt in — send you wholesale product and account updates.

We share information with the service providers who help us run the business: our payment processor (Authorize.Net), shipping carriers and platforms (including WWEX and our parcel carriers), our accounting system (Zoho Books), and, only for the messages you’d expect, our email providers (transactional order/account email, and marketing email if you’ve opted in). We also disclose information when required by law, such as PACT Act or tax reporting to state agencies. We do not sell your personal information.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from My Vape Order (myvapeorder.com), we may send you messages related to your orders, account, and customer support inquiries.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing (such as with subcontractors and service providers who need the information to provide services on our behalf, such as shipping carriers or payment processors) do not include text messaging originator opt-in data. This information is not shared with third parties for any purpose.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You can request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order and support activity.

The storefront uses functional cookies only — to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We don’t run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site today. If that changes, we’ll update this section.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We keep account, order, and compliance records for as long as needed to run your account and to satisfy our legal obligations — including the multi-year recordkeeping the PACT Act requires for regulated tobacco/vapor product sales, and the retention periods required for tax records.

This is a business-to-business wholesale site for licensed retailers and distributors — it is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individual consumers or anyone under the legal age to purchase regulated tobacco/vapor products.

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a revision is posted means you accept the updated policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of this policy is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
